With 1/9, 1st Cav til May-71 then F Trp, 4th Cav May to Oct-71
I was assigned to F Trp 4th Cav after the First Cav stood down in 1971.
I think that it was in May/June and stayed til Oct 71. My rank was Sp5/Sgt
and I was CE on LOH. I have a "year book" from when I was there, if I can find it.
In answer to the question, yes we kept the logo & callsign (Centaur) and
when I was there we worked out of Lai Kae. Keep me informed and when I find
my yearbook I'll contact you.
