I REMEMBER
Dan found the document that he and others were given as the Army CID investigated the murder of an American Red Cross (ARC) volunteer (Donut Dollie) on Cu Chi. This led to further inquiries about the incident including learning the identity of the killer.
Date: August 16, 1970
Army CID (Criminal Investigation Command) investigators gave the one page notification of the investigation to soldiers on Cu Chi that met a general description of the person suspected in the death of ARC volunteer in preparation for obtaining a palm print from those Soldiers. .
